I really liked that I was early to check in, yet the staff was warm and welcoming. I felt comfortable enough to enjoy some time at the lounge area. I also like the kitchen is and room service is available and look forward to enjoying more my next visit

The hotel was fine for our purposes ( visiting a medical clinic) but expensive ; lobby OK, parking lot is small but we were able to find the last spots ( can access adjacent parking builidng with a walkway that we did not have to use and are reimbursed); rooms were very nice and clean, restaurant has a very good breakfast buffet and is on 20th floor so nice view of industrail Billings. Ate across the street , also, at Walkers - very nice.

The location was great and the view of downtown was nice. The fresh cookie at checkin was nice, Shower was nice pressure and hot.

It's a great location downtown. The parking garage is attached so you can stay out of the weather.

Our king room wasn’t ready so we were given a queen room which was spacious and very comfortable. And also a $40 credit which we used toward dinner in the hotel restaurant. Our meals were delicious! And the view and sunset from the 20th floor were beautiful. We were surprised that the breakfast staff didn’t wear masks when everyone else on the hotel wore masks. That was disconcerting. Otherwise our stay was excellent!
